Campus Dining Meal Plans

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2011-2012 academic year. If you need to purchase a meal plan, or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, simply contact the Housing Office.

Running low on points or meals? Contact the Dining Services Office to add more funds to your account.

Carte Blanche
Description: Unlimited meals in the Main Dining Room, plus $25.00 that can be used for ala carte purchases in the Underground. This meal plan does not allow students to scan their meal card multiple times.
Recommended for: All New Students and Athletes.
Block
Description: 160 Meals in the Main Dining Room, plus $85.00 in Flex that can be used for ala carte purchases in the Underground. This meal plan does allow students to scan their meal card multiple times.
Recommended for: Upper Classmen and Students in Alternative Housing.
Alternative
Description: 35 Meals in the Main Dining Room, plus $50.00 in Flex that can be used for ala carte purchases in the Underground.
Recommended for: Students in Alternative Housing and Commuters.
upgrade
Description: 50 Meals in the Main Dining Room, plus $100.00 in Flex that can be used for ala carte purchases in the Underground.
Recommended for: Students in Alternative Housing and Commuters.

Meal Cards
 Your Student ID is your Meal Card, which allows you purchasing power equivalent to the plan you have selected. Here is how it works: The Housing Office adds the Meal Plan that you have selected, you must present your card each time you visit any of the dining locations. Your Meal Plan is encoded on your ID and each time the card is scanned, your purchase will be deducted from the plan. Should you wish to change plans, please contact the Housing Office.

Lost or stolen Meal Cards
Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you… Please contact the Housing Office to put a HOLD on your card or to purchase a new card.

Seconds Policy
 You never have to be too shy to ask for seconds with our Campus Dining Program. Our generous policy allows for a second helping of any menu item (excluding steak night). All you have to do is ask!

Dietary Needs
 Do you have particular dietary needs? No problem! Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact the Dining Services Office at 937.382.8966.

Dining Procedures


One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your table and place your dishes on the belt when you have finished dining
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
